Dr. Cindy Betts is a Certified Purpose Life Coach who has dedicated eight years to serving as a Law Enforcement Chaplain while implementing the Purpose Program that began in the South Fulton County Annex. This proven program has numerous success stories from women inmates, showcasing their testimonies of restoring their relationship with Christ, becoming Co-Authors while incarcerated in the book, ‘What I Meant To Say’, regaining custody of their children from DFACS agencies, reconciling families, and even instituting the covenant of marriage to amend dysfunctional parenting. Many have achieved nursing certifications and BS degrees in Psychology, graduating Suma Cum Laude from Capella University. Other inmates, although still behind bars, remain connected to the Purpose Program for mentorship, resources, and spiritual wellness. Additionally, Dr. Cindy Betts has been an ordained evangelist for twenty-seven years, conducting international missions around the world, including in Africa. In Africa, she serves as an ASK (Ambassador Serving Kingdom) Overseer of the Freedom House Orphanage & Widow facility in Accra, Ghana, the Miriam Andoh Nursing Foundation of Nyibah Health College in Kaso, and the Diabene Sr. Technical School in Takoradi. She also supports missions in the UK and South America with Saving Susans Missions. Furthermore, Dr. Cindy Betts is a Financial Consultant and a business brand entrepreneur who teaches Stewardship According to God’s Principles to individuals and groups. Dr. Cindy Betts has received numerous awards, certificates, and degrees, including US Notary Certification, IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer Certification, Fulton County Training Certificates, Humanitarian of the Year Awards (2 years), the Barack Obama Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016, and various certifications in Faith-based and Behavioral Health, as well as Emotional Healthy Leadership. Her educational background includes an AAS in Banking Finance, BBA in Accounting, BS in Psychology, MDiv in Christian Counseling, and DMin in Christian Counseling. Ambassador Q. Allen is a celebrated author, playwright, speaker, and cultural architect with over a decade of experience in ministry and media. As a certified purpose life coach and executive producer for shows on the CW Television Network, he has earned widespread acclaim for his hit book and play, "Can A Woman Raise A Man?" This work led to his induction into the Walker Museum of African American History in Nevada. Over the last four years, the show has been featured in Ebony Magazine, ABC'S Good Morning Washington, Soul Central Magazine Play of the Year, and hosted talent like the Legendary Karen Clark and Kierr Clark-Sheard, John Terrel of Five Heartbeats fame, and R&B Crooner Tony Terry. He is the Visionary of Ark Global ministry and marketplace outreach, Executor of Arkitechs Publishing, and lead Director of Hope for the Hood Urban Renewal program. In addition to touring and touching communities throughout the country, his position as a cultural and social media influencer is solidified as he leads one of the top inspirational rooms on the clubhouse social audio app. He is currently working on the next season for his men's line of clothing and accessories, the Q. Allen Collection, which includes a faith-based organic fragrance, and is preparing to tour his new production "THINK LIKE A WIFE, Not just A Woman" throughout the Southeast Region as part of his purpose program.

 Dr. Kelvin Burton graduated from Temple High School, Temple, Georgia, in 1980, finishing fifth in his class and was a National Merit Scholarship recipient. While there, he earned a full-tuition Pastor Burton’s philosophy comes from Ecclesiastes 12:13, which simply states, “To fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.” scholarship to attend Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, from 1980 to 1984.  He graduated in 1984 with a B.S. in Biology/Pre-Med and as a cum laude graduate.   While matriculating at Morehouse College, Dr. Burton became a born-again Christian on September 8, 1983.  Dr. Burton attended medical school at the University of Iowa School of Medicine, graduating with an M.D. degree in May, 1988.  While attending the University of Iowa, he received the Phillip Hubbard Human Rights Award.  After completing a one-year internship. Dr.  Burton was placed on active duty in the United States Navy.  Currently, he has re-entered the realm of educational studies and is seeking a PHD in Theology from Trinity Bible College and Theological Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana. While serving in the military, Dr. Burton participated in Desert Shield/Desert Storm and received the rank of Lieutenant Commander.  He completed his family practice training at the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, in August 1993.  Dr. Burton served additional military time at Beaufort Naval Hospital in Beaufort, South Carolina, and at Paris Island, South Carolina. 

Reverend Eric Burr is the youngest of four children, born and raised in the city of Detroit Michigan.   He attended William Tyndale College where he received his certification in Advanced Biblical Studies and continued his education at Moody Bible Seminary where he received certification in Lay Biblical Counseling and Christian Worker.

In 2004, Reverend Burr became the Pastor of the Second New Hope Baptist Church, where he has been working in the vineyard for 21 years.  His love for people led him to begin outreach ministries including food banks, meals on wheels, disaster relief, Life Build college scholarships and home ownership programs.

In 2017 Pastor Burr authored his first book, A Better Vantage Point. In 2019 he retired from the US Army Corps of Engineers after 25 years of service as a Civil Engineering Technician.  He has been married for 41 years to Odetta Burr.  They have one son Eric Emmanuel, two grandchildren, Kemory and Eric Ethan and one great granddaughter, Raelynn.
